To order the correct size you have to measure the circumference of your wrist. Grab a cloth tape measure, a ¼ inch strip of paper or a cord and wrap it around your wrist. Include your wrist bone in the measurement. Then mark it. Take a ruler and lay it out flat against it to measure the length, that is your circumference and the size you should order.
